简: I think for our type of consumer products a joint venture is not suitable because we don't necessarily need a local partner.

杰克: But their local market knowledge could be invaluable.

莉莉: Nevertheless we need to make one. I recommend we accept the merger offer, as I agree with the reports findings that it would be better for the company in the long-term future.
无论如何我们得做出个决定.我建议我们接受合并提议.因为我同意报告的调查结果.即那样符合公司长远的利益.

麦克: But what do the other department managers think? Do we have unanimous agreement with this offer?

麦克: Your final exam will be at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17th.
期末考试是12月17号星期五早上9点.

比尔: Where will we take the exam?
在哪里考呢?

麦克: I`m not sure which hall the register will assign to us. During reading period I`m sure they will have posted the exam location list. Check then.
我不太清楚教务处安排我们在哪里考.读书期间我相信他们会把考试地点张贴出来.到那时再查一下.

比尔: How much will the final count in our final grades?
期末考试占总分的多少啊?

Neo: There was a good chance for me... I wish I have another time to choose.
